  • Learn more about substance use disorder to better understand what your loved one is facing.

    • Chester County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services Advisory Council has created a Family Help Book to assist the community in connecting with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services.

  • Attend a local support group.

  • Help your loved one get into treatment.

  • Get naloxone and learn how to use it.

  • Avoid stigmatizing language when discussing substance use disorder.
